The Quality Management system at Creaspine is based on all the requirements of the European Medical Devices Directive 93/42/EEC and the American 21CFR Part 820.
The Company is certified NF EN ISO 13485 v2004. and Medical devices are CE marked according to Annex II section 3 Directive 93/42/EEC in order to ensure a permanent improvement of its organization and to satisfy all the requirements of its customers.
